The Go401k Group provides competitively priced retirement plan analysis services. Although we have decided to focus our administrative efforts only on 401(k) plans, we have experience with all qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. In fact, when our company opened in 1979 we were a fee based consulting firm that analyzed corporate retirement plans and created plan optimization reports. We were called Retirement Plan Review, Inc. at the time. Nearly 30 years later small business owners, accountants, lawyers, investment advisors and benefits specialists are still asking us to review retirement plans.

401(k) Plan Analysis

When we evaluate a 401(k) plan our first job is to review the requirements for operating the plan. We examine whether or not your plan document has been updated within the past few years. We check to see if non-discrimination tests have been performed counting all eligible employees and if employee deferrals have been deposited in a timely manner. We follow IRS guidelines to determine if your plan is in compliance.

 

Non-401(k) Retirement Plan Analysis

We evaluate defined benefit plans and other types of defined contribution plans as well. We evaluate these plans based on IRS guideline the same way we would a 401(k) plan. Business owners hire us to analyze their non-401(k) retirement plans in an effort to determine whether or not it makes sense to switch to, or add, the increasingly popular 401(k). Our analysis in these cases includes a report outlining the pros and cons of converting to, or adding a 401(k) plan, the costs that are to be expected, and an easy to understand conversion procedure with timeline.

401(k) Plan Analysis: $500.00*

*If you decide to make the Go401k Group your 401(k) administrator after the analysis the annual administrative costs for the first year are reduced by $500.00.

 

Defined Benefit Plan Analysis: $850*

*If you decide to convert or add a 401(k) plan and make the Go401k Group your 401(k) administrator the annual administrative costs for the first year are reduced by $500.00.

 

Any Other Defined Contribution Plan Analysis: $650.00*
